About the event
Tickets to IBF 2023 are now sold out, but General Admission is still FREE! As of 11/8/22, GA tickets must be reserved at the registration booth during the festival. This means you can still attend the festival on Saturday and/or Sunday, May 20-21. GA ticket-holders will receive a name tag at registration and access to all three signing rooms, where you can purchase books and merchandise. Our fantasy-themed drinks can be purchased at the Holeman Lounge Bar! (Cash Only.)
How to attend with a GA ticket:
If you weren't able to reserve a free General Admission ticket before ticketing closed, you must now reserve yours at the registration booth when you arrive. GA ticket-holders will be allowed entry into the signing rooms at 11AM ET on both days. Since IBF is an indoor event, we're mindful of room capacity, lines, and traffic. If the rooms are too full at the time of your arrival, we may ask that you wait 10-20 minutes for other attendees to get around before you go in. We really want to see you all there, so arrive a little early if you can!

Proof of COVID-19 vaccinations/boosters is not required to enter the National Press Club. However, we still highly encourage them. We also want to encourage you to wear a mask if you feel most comfortable doing so.
